Modern Hatha Yoga

Yoga stimulates muscles, improves circulation, allows important inner peace, and creates ability to work with energy. Hatha simply refers to the practice of physical yoga postures, meaning your Ashtanga, vinyasa, Iyengar and Power Yoga classes are all Hatha Yoga. Tai / Yoga

Power Class Circuit Training

Circuit training is an excellent way to improve mobility, strength and stamina. The circuit training comprises of 6 to 10 strength exercises that are completed one exercise after another. Each exercise is performed for a specified number of repetitions or for a set time before moving on to the next exercise. The exercises within each circuit are separated by a short rest period. Total Body Sculpt

Improves cardio endurance as well as muscular strength, Multi-joint exercises in a variety of HITT formats using free weights, body bars, swiss balls, step and other equipment.

Aqua Fit

Aquafitness uses the same principles as hydrotherapy, however, the group setting and motivating music will encourage enthusiasm and participation. Aquafit provides a workout that will not strain the weight-bearing joints and back. The hydrostatic pressure of the water improves blood circulation, reduces swelling in injured or swollen joints and helps decrease water retention. Best of all you don’t have to be a swimmer to participant!
