Classes

Spinning Class

Master Fitness will make you the toughest thing on two wheels. We welcome spinners of any fitness or experience level. We get you into the spirit, Our motivated instructors pump you up with great soundtracks, Whether you choose to take your cycling outside during the summer months or keep it to the stationary bike, after a few classes at Master Fitness, you'll be more than ready.

Modern Hatha Yoga

Yoga stimulates muscles, improves circulation, allows important inner peace, and creates ability to work with energy. Hatha simply refers to the practice of physical yoga postures, meaning your Ashtanga, vinyasa, Iyengar and Power Yoga classes are all Hatha Yoga. The word “hatha” can be translated two ways: as “willful” or “forceful,” or the yoga of activity, and as “sun” (ha) and “moon” (tha), the yoga of balance. Tai / Yoga

Get into shape safely by toning up, increasing strength and flexibility while relieving stiffness and stress. This class will improve balance, posture, body alignment and develop more body awareness. Relax, rejuvenate and feel energized!

Power Class Circuit Training

Circuit training is an excellent way to improve mobility, strength and stamina. The circuit training comprises of 6 to 10 strength exercises that are completed one exercise after another. Each exercise is performed for a specified number of repetitions or for a set time before moving on to the next exercise. The exercises within each circuit are separated by a short rest period. Total Body Sculpt

Improves cardio endurance as well as muscular strength, Multi-joint exercises in a variety of HITT formats using free weights, body bars, swiss balls, step and other equipment.

Yoga

Uses a variety of stretching principles and relaxation techniques to reduce muscle tension and promote flexibility. Great for all levels!

Muscle Pump

A muscle conditioning workout designed to build strength, definition and lean muscle mass.

Aqua Fit

Aquafitness uses the same principles as hydrotherapy, however, the group setting and motivating music will encourage enthusiasm and participation. Aquafit provides a workout that will not strain the weight-bearing joints and back. The hydrostatic pressure of the water improves blood circulation, reduces swelling in injured or swollen joints and helps decrease water retention. Best of all you don’t have to be a swimmer to participant!

Courses

Squash House League

Join the Master Fitness Squash League. To join; email us with your name, your skill level and phone number. You will be included in the next month’s gamplay up to four games per month for a two month session. ($80) Non members ($20) members. League sheets are distributed by email and notice board. If you can not make it on game day you will be re-scheduled match with other player.
